Our negotiated hotel block is now closed. You can still reserve a room with the hotel directly (514-878-2000) but you will be paying their current rates.

- A “Run of House” room means the hotel has the final say on the room type (1 King, 1 Queen, or 2 Double beds). If you have a strong preference, please specify that in the “Requests” section when reserving your room. The hotel will try to prioritize your request when assigning rooms.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.
Here are a few things you might want to know about our host hotel:
- All rooms have a mini-fridge (so no need to request one).
- The entire hotel is smoke free.
- Max 4 people in a room (no cots).
- Dogs up to 40 lbs are allowed for no extra charge; however, they are not permitted in Club Level rooms or in the Club Lounge. They must not be left alone in the rooms and must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times when in public spaces. They are not allowed in eating areas, except for service dogs. (Also note that restaurants and stores in Montreal generally do not welcome dogs.)
- Make sure to let the hotel know if you have allergies! (There will be a “special requests” question on the room reservation form.)
- Hotel parking is $35/day for DIY, or $45/day for valet.
- May 27, 2026 is the room block closing date. After this date, room rates will revert to whatever the hotel is currently charging the public so be sure to book before then.
