Full Registration – 2024

Note: If you’ve never attended an IAGSDC convention before, you may qualify for a discounted rate. Read through the “New Dancers” pulldown on the Registration page for details before registering.

A full weekend of amazing square dancing at all levels to some extraordinary callers including:

  • 20+ Hours of Square Dancing
  • Dance levels SSD through C4
  • 11 Amazing Callers
  • Brunch on Friday, July 3
  • Banquet buffet dinner on Saturday, July 4
  • Specialty tips (women, bears, leather, kilts and more)
  • Memorial Room

Your registration does not include any tours (ex: Fun Badge, Signature Event) or merchandise but those are available for sale/booking on our website.

Note: Registrations (but not tours or merchandise) will appear on your IAGSDC profile, if you have one, within a few days.

Registration

  • Transfer
    • Convention registration can be transferred to another person before June 1, 2026 by contacting [email protected]
    • and providing the new person’s information.
  • Cancellation
    • Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected].
    • Before June 1, 2026: A refund, minus a $10 admin fee, will be processed.
    • After June 1, 2026: No refunds, however the Fun Badge tour can be transferred to another registered attendee at no cost.

Tours

All tours are transferrable. Tours are cancellable (with full refund minus $10 admin fee) before June 1, 2026 with the exception of the Fun Badge Tour which is non-refundable.

Merchandise

All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations.

Note: Some items require us to collect additional information about each item (ex: dance level, first and last name, etc…). For these items you will need to add them one at a time to your cart and specify the correct information for each item. Example: First and last name of the person going on the tour.
