Rent the use of a Hospitality Suite at the host hotel for two hours for you and up to 74 of your friends.

Want to arrange a get together for your dance club during convention? Maybe you’re part of a special interest group that has many members attending the convention? (ex: Zoom dancers, quilting group, scrap bookers, past Honky Tonk Queen winners, etc…) Bring them all together for a fun time!

Registration

  • Transfer
    • Convention registration can be transferred to another person before June 1, 2026 by contacting [email protected]
    • and providing the new person’s information.
  • Cancellation
    • Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected].
    • Before June 1, 2026: A refund, minus a $10 admin fee, will be processed.
    • After June 1, 2026: No refunds, however the Fun Badge tour can be transferred to another registered attendee at no cost.

Tours

All tours are transferrable. Tours are cancellable (with full refund minus $10 admin fee) before June 1, 2026 with the exception of the Fun Badge Tour which is non-refundable.

Merchandise

All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations.

Note: Some items require us to collect additional information about each item (ex: dance level, first and last name, etc…). For these items you will need to add them one at a time to your cart and specify the correct information for each item. Example: First and last name of the person going on the tour.
